Quality CircleQuality Methodology Quality is ultimately a question of customer satisfaction. Quality constitutes the weighted characteristics of a product or service, which in their totality add up to consumer satisfaction. Better differentiation in quality results in premium prices. High quality is less price sensitive than average quality and therefore, promises better returns. In the case of garments, quality is often directly linked to the product quality. Product quality itself has several dimensions, as evident from quality aspects laid out by the buying houses and exporters in response to their buyers requirements. Quality is a composite concept and dimensions are not restricted to only product quality. Quality methodology is the holistic picture of quality whereby each and every aspect of quality is incorporated within the system.
